They Witness
They Witness is a solution-oriented podcast that invites dialogue to create concrete small steps of tackling discrimination in Norwegian society experienced by different minorities and vulnerable groups.
Goals:
1. Help to create a conversation between someone who is exposed to discrimination and an industry / sector that the discrimination occurred to find a solution, and thus provide insight and knowledge both to people in similar situations and the industry / sector that contributed to the discrimination.
2. Strengthen the listener's situation through the sharing of experiences and counteract that similar things happen by making the industry / sector aware.
3. Each episode shall result in proposals for changes at the structural level that can help reduce discrimination in Norway. These suggestions will be gathered in an action report and shared on social media for our listeners. It will also be sent to all actors who have been guests in the podcast.
In this way, we can help promote active measures to prevent similar things from happening again.
